You should really should be thinking about muscle recovery. Don’t lift weight for bulk do a higher number reps for strength and let your body recover. I’m joining the Military and am trying to build lean muscle while losing body stout before going to Basic Training (I’ve already enlisted but it takes a month or two before you get sent off). Should I be taking Creatine or will that make me bulk up like a body builder whereas I’m trying to slim up like more of a soccer player, if that makes any sense lol.
