119? damn. I cant picture you at 119 lbls with your body now.
1 year ago I was 152 at 6’2, I bulked up to about 195-200. Now Im in my cut stage, trying to maybe go down to 180 or so, need to get my abs visible.
But yea excellent luck to you man, you are doing fantastic so far.
thank bro, i really appreciate it. i have faced a lot of personal issues in the last few years (since my best ever conditioning, and winning) but i reckon things are coming together, priorities and understandings about what it really takes to succeed. i’ve had some harsh lessons in work ethic recently.
we should always strive to arise from the ashes of helplessness and defeat, to a newer and stronger embodiment of our right selves
i got into lifting at home everyday (and running several nights per week) when i was stout at about age 12/13. joined a gym and soon got into powerlifting the summer after freshmen year of high school. i had just wrestled, at a weight of 119.
